IEC to Provide Engineering Services for Redding Electric Utility Units 2 and 3

Sacramento, Calif., September 3, 2009 – IEC is providing the City of Redding with engineering design services for integration of a new Basler DECS 400 Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) retrofit. IEC will provide a design to replace the existing Unit 2 and Unit 3 analog voltage regulators with new Basler DECS 400 automatic voltage regulators. IEC engineers will supply drawings detailing the new interconnecting wiring and provide preliminary settings for the new Basler equipment.
