Cache Creek Feasibility Study
CLIENT: Cache Creek Casino Resort
LOCATION: Brooks, CA
IEC prepared a comprehensive feasibility study for the Cache Creek Hotel and Casino. IEC evaluated the following options to meet the estimated 8 MW electrical peak load for the hotel/casino and the estimated 35,000-lbs/hr steam load for the hotel (HVAC, hot water, laundry, etc.) The study consisted of conceptual schematics, engineering analysis, economic analysis, and a final recommendation. The options studied included:
