IEC supported the client on a last-minute request to witness a power plant performance test (Net Dependable Capacity Test (NDC)) as a third-party independent reviewer. Based on IEC’s expertise in performance engineering, IEC was able to review and provide recommendations to the performance test procedure, confirm the on-site testing setup and witness the performance test in a short notice. Upon completion of the test and receipt of final report, IEC reviewed and commented on the report for accuracy and approval as an independent reviewer. The client was very pleased and impressed with IEC’s expertise, responsiveness and willingness to work with the client under short notice.
