IEC provided due diligence review and owner’s engineering services for the 137MW Tuolumne Wind Project in Washington State. The project incorporates both Siemens 2.3MW and Repower 2.0MW turbines, a collector substation, 230kV transmission line, and a 15,000 sq. ft. O&M building. The due diligence effort included reviewing the design and reliability of both turbine platforms, as well as a detailed review of the project contracts, design drawings and specifications. IEC also provided on-site field engineering support for the project to ensure project quality, compliance with regulatory requirements, and to expedite the construction schedule.  IEC continues to support this project as an on-going, as needed resource.
